Wisdom of the Crowd

"... Who should I talk to?"
That's what I am planning to ask you and anyone else who I can reach through conversations, via social media platforms, that I already spend much time on and here. I need your help to get a wide spectre of input.

Already, I started meeting with some skilled people here in Copenhagen. And I'd love to hear your ideas and inputs too, thanks!

Being social equals reciprocity!

Rally to Restore Sanity, Washington DC, October 2010

Here's an initial thought:
What I've seen both on- and offline is that being social is about reaching out and being heard. It's about letting your own voice be heard but also acknowledge others. So, in order to be part of anything social, you have to change between giving and receiving within a wide range of capitals i.e. social/cultural/economic.

It's the basics of the reciprocity principle which the French anthroplogist Claude Lévi-Strauss introduced and which you still find in all social relations.
